Food & Wine Pairing: Assyrtiko and Tuna “Cream”

“Cream” is in parenthesis since it seems to us to be a British colloquialism for something akin to our tuna salad. [level-members]

Regardless, it’s a delicious and easy afternoon repast that goes exceedingly well with something off the beaten path: Greek Assyrtiko.
