Top of the list is the “Top 12 Easter Menus” article which includes an absolutely amazing Greek dinner menu. Our local farmers market had pea shoots this weekend. I had never had them before. They taste like spring! So the Spring Salads piece looks awfully interesting, as well. Those looking for something a bit heartier will be reading the Spring Dinners article.
It’s that time of year when dining light and fresh seems right one day, and the next day calls out for the last heavy meal of winter.
