Iberian Ham and Artichoke Rice is a hearty fall dish that calls for a “bold” red, according to the folks at F&W. They recommend a 2009 Pago de los Capellanes Tinto Reserva or 2010 Finca Torremilanos Los Cantos, but other big Spanish reds will work, too. Just make sure it’s strong enough to stand up to the dish’s strong flavors.
