Rioja, at least according to the L.A. Times. They’ve provided a full rundown of pairings for all the Girl Scout Cookie Varieties. Brunello and Thin Mints seems a stretch. (Though admittedly, I haven’t tried them as a combo.) Then again, most of these pairings seem a stretch. But I’d be willing to try, and if you can still order some cookies from your local Girl Scouts, they’d make a fun theme for a weekend tasting.
