For dinner last night we had Shrimp and Green Onion Pancakes with Crunchy Winter Slaw with Asian Pear and Manchego. Both were delicious and both paired quite nicely with [level-members] the Cristalino we poured alongside.
For me, the sparkler really makes the meal. It cuts through the rich (and slightly greasy) pancakes and also complements the slaw. A still white would do well, also, as would other “simple” sparklers. I’d steer clear of anything too rich, though. [/level-members]
