We usually grill our fish to keep that fishy smell outside, but on a rainy day, we’ll keep the cooking indoors. (Though there’s nothing that says you can’t make this recipe in a cast iron skillet over your grill outdoors!) [level-members]

The dish is from Epicurious and, with white wine as one of the key ingredients, it lends itself naturally to a white wine pairing.
