How about a Mozart clarinet concerto to accompany that merlot? Apparently, certain music pairs well with certain wine. Great news for those of us who love both.

I don’t know – and don’t want to know – what a “world champion” sommelier even is, but there are some interesting ideas in this Forbes article on The Art of Wine.

What’s up with those wax capsules? Are they good, bad, or just there? And do they affect a wine’s aging?

Finally, it’s not wine, but this proves what I’ve always known about the pedantic jerks who refuse to “sully” their fine single malts with even a drop of water: they’re wrong. Whiskey tastes better with water. (Just don’t overdo it.)
