Of course, Riesling comes in may styles, so what it pairs with depends on which style you’re pouring. Food & Wine’s Coq au Riesling is a great dish to pair with richer styles.
Don’t feel like cooking? Thai and other Asian cuisines do well by Riesling.
Do feel like cooking, but not indoors? Barbecued ribs (or chicken) fit the bill, too.
