What They’re Reading – Saveur.com

September 12th, 2013

This week, let’s take a look at what your clients are reading on Saveur.com [level-members]

There’s an interesting risotto recipe that substitutes spelt for the arborio rice we all usually use. Beets and horseradish aren’t for everyone, but the carb-conscious crowd will no-doubt eat this up. Pun intended.

Next, we have a piece on the beer halls of Cologne and their hometown brew, kölsch. Great summer beer, or beer for those last few days of Indian summer.

And of particular interest to fans of Italian wine, a collection of recipes from Cantinetta Antinori, the restaurant owned by the same family behind the famous Antinori wines.

The chicken in chianti; lentil, black kale and squash soup; and fettuccine with porcini all look particularly good.
