Worth Reading for Wine Shop Owners: Retail Blogs

May 5th, 2015

We’re starting a new series today, which we’ll repeat monthly for the foreseeable future. In it, we will feature worthwhile blogs and other publications from around the web (and occasionally the print world) that are worth reading.

We view our role as one of gathering the most valuable information available, we recognize that we can’t be all things to all people. We know that there are areas that you want to dive into more deeply at various times in your business. We hope you find these sites useful. [level-members]

We’ll kick things off with the fine folks at Retail Eye.

Retail Eye is the blog for the J.C. Williams Group, a consulting firm that focused on helping its customers drive business in their retail shops. The focus is on larger retail operations – not surprising, given their target audience – but there’s enough of value here to smaller shops like ours. Among recent articles of interest are a posting about big vs. small, technology in retail, and the outlook for retail in 2015.

Enjoy and let us know what you find most useful.
