Labor Day weekend is time for grilling and, weather permitting, spending time outdoors. Here’s a slightly different take on grilled chicken – and a departure from burgers and dogs that should still please a picky crowd. [level-members]

Next, the wine choices: Chardonnay is going to be tough to beat, though a Sauvignon Blanc will work, as well. That really depends on your own preferences and what you’re serving along with the chicken.
For red fans, light and chilled is the way to go, though we recently ran into someone who is a fan of Syrah with grilled chicken. Not sure I agree, but I’ll certainly give it a try one of these days. Until then, an unfussy Pinot gets my vote.
