If your summer reading list isn’t already longer than our summer days, here are two wine-related reading ideas. [level-members]
The History of Wine in 100 Bottles is author Oz Clarke’s look at everything from Mouton-Rothschild to Mateus. Truly history brought to life in a very accessible and enjoyable way.
Even more interesting looking – we haven’t read it, we admit – is Wine in Words, by Lettie Teague. She tackles everything from cheap wines (which aren’t necessarily bad) to mediocre wines (which are) to high-end wine accessories. Also accessible and easy to read, this is an information-packed book that you might even want to read somewhere other than the beach.
