On the Serious Eats site, Maryse Chevriere walks us through great combinations for some of summer’s great food: lobster rolls, burgers, and grilled sausage among them.
Our favorite might be her suggestions for pairings with picnic charcuterie and cheese. Demi-sec Chenin Blancs from the Loire are a great choice, but slightly fizzy Vinho Verde or Txakolina are an even better suggestion.
