Wine Stories Worth Sharing

September 29th, 2016

This week’s collection of wine stories worth sharing includes two articles from Business Insider and two science-related articles. [level-members]

Quick Chill
First, we have a way to chill a bottle of wine in little more time than it will take you to read this column. (Which is why we’ve listed it first …) The results are a little, uh, tepid. (Sorry, we couldn’t resist.) Still, we’ll be trying it this weekend just to see. You should try it, too.

What’s Trending in Wine

The Science of Light and Color
Size may not matter, but color does. And so does that fact that all of our senses work together. See why you may prefer some wines to others here.

According to My Urologist
If you’re eating, stop right now. There’s pee-pee involved. Weird but interesting account of one urologist’s journey into winemaking. Might not be everybody’s cup of tea, but it’s an interesting read. The full article is here.
